 Method of Payment and Insurance

We are a private practice, operate on a fee-for-service basis, and don’t accept insurance directly. As a courtesy, we will provide an insurance form on the day of your visit, that you may submit to your insurance provider for OON benefits.

We do accept the Florida Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities.

Payment is expected at the time of service. Your credit card will be kept on file after your initial consultation, and will be automatically charged at the time of your follow-up visit.

Cancellation Policy

We value our clients time and commitment to treatment. If it is necessary for you to cancel an appointment, a notice of 48 business hours (2 business days) is required prior to your scheduled appointment day and time or the full fee for services will be charged to your credit card on file.

In the case of severe weather and/or illness of the clinician, the clinician will notify you by telephone/email prior to your scheduled session of the cancellation. Otherwise, all sessions will continue as scheduled for your reserved time slot.
